Fan Festival

Boston’s Fan Fest at City Hall Plaza is a 0.8 miles (1.2 km) walk from Boston South Station. It is also accessible by bus and the MBTA Subway’s Green Line (Government Center stop). Fan Fest days and hours are limited - see

The Charles River Esplanade is approximately 1.5 miles (2.4km) from Boston’s South Station and 0.8 miles (1.3km) from the Charles/MGH station on MBTA’s Red Line. Spectators can arrive on foot.

The Downtown Freedom Trail starting point in Boston Common is approximately 0.3 miles (0.5 km) from Park Street Station on the MBTA’s Red and Green Lines, and about 0.4 miles (0.6 km) from Boylston Station on the Green Line. Visitors can easily arrive on foot after exiting either station.

Most Sail Boston events and viewing areas are located within a short distance of Boston South Station and can be accessed by bus or on foot.

Times Square is approximately 0.1 miles (0.16 km) from the Times Sq–42 St Station, served by the N, Q, R, W, 1, 2, 3, and 7 subway lines. It is also about 0.3 miles (0.5 km) from the 42 St–Port Authority Bus Terminal Station on the A, C, and E lines. Visitors can arrive on foot directly from either station.

Sail 4th 250 events in New York and New Jersey can be easily accessed by subway and regional rail.

Access Philadelphia Stadium by taking the SEPTA Metro B Line (also called the Broad Street line) to NRG station. Travelers coming from 30th St. Station must first get to City Hall Station by walking one mile (1.6 km), using the Metro L Line (exiting at 15th St. Station), or taking SEPTA Regional Rail to Suburban station.

Fan Festival
The FIFA Fan Festival™ at Lemon Hill in Fairmount Park is about two miles (3.2 km) from 30th St. Station and is not directly accessible by train. There are several SEPTA buses and a trolley which will take travelers close to the park.

Independence National Historical Park is approximately 0.2 miles (0.3 km) from the 5th Street/Independence Hall Station on SEPTA's L line, and roughly 0.5 miles (0.8 km) from Jefferson Station, which provides access to SEPTA’s regional rail network. Visitors can walk easily from either transit stop.

Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park is served by the SEPTA Metro B Line (also known as the Broad Street Line). Travelers coming from 30th St. Station must first get to City Hall Station by walking 1 mile (1.6 km), using the Metro L Line (exiting at 15th St. Station) or by taking SEPTA Regional Rail to Suburban station, then walking a short distance to City Hall Station.

The B&O Railroad Museum is approximately 0.7 miles (1.1 km) from the Camden Station Light Rail stop and about 1.0 mile (1.6 km) from the University Center/Baltimore Street Light Rail stop. Visitors can arrive on foot from either station.

The National Mall is directly accessible from Smithsonian station on the Washington Metro’s Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines, and approximately 0.4 miles (0.6 km) from Federal Triangle Station on the Orange, Blue, and Silver Lines. Visitors can reach the Mall on foot from either station.

Sail250 Maryland events at the Baltimore Inner Harbor, Fells Point, and the Baltimore peninsula are all within a few miles of Baltimore Penn Station and can be accessed by bus. Martin State Airport is accessible on the MARC Penn line.

The Airshow Baltimore events are easily accessible by public transit, with viewing areas near the Inner Harbor and waterfront reachable via Baltimore Light Rail, Metro SubwayLink, local bus routes, and a short walk from downtown stations, with additional access via MARC trains at Baltimore Penn and Camden Stations.
